Serkan Çayoğlu was born on May 31, 1987, in Germany to Turkish parents.His father’s name is Ümit Ayolu, and his brother’s name is Erkan Çayoğlu. As Serkan was born and raised in Germany, he completed his education at Erlangen University’s Economics department in Germany. While at college, Dasy Serkan started his acting lessons and began to work as a model. Later on, he moved to Istanbul, Turkey to pursue his career in acting.
Serkan received acting lessons from Ümit Rak and Dolunay Soysert at Ümit Rak’s Modern Acting Techniques Atelier. In 2012, he started his acting career by playing the friend of Merve Boluur’s character from Italy in the season finale of Kuzey Güney. He also played in Hande Yener’s “Ya Ya Ya” music video in 2013. Çayoğlu began to be known as “Ayaz” by Kiraz Mevsimi. Later, he appeared in several television shows like Hayatmn Aşk (2016), Börü (2018), Halka (2019), Yeni Hayat (2020) and Bir Zamanlar Kbrs (2021).
