On July 25, 1985, she was born in Barcellona, Pozzo di Gotto, Messina, Sicily, Italy.She is the daughter of Salvatore Chillemi and Maria Sciotto. Francesca began her modelling career after completing her high school education. At the age of 18, Francesca Chillemi won the Miss Italia 2003 beauty contest. She is popular for playing Azzurra Leonardi in the RAI TV drama Che Dio ci aiuti. She appeared on television shows like Un medico in famiglia, Carabinieri, Che Dio ci aiuti, and Braccialetti rossi. Francesca also debuted in various movies like Cado dalle nuvole, Natale da Chef, and L’Isola di Pietro (2019).
