Açelya Topalolu is a famous Turkish actress and model. She is one of the best known actresses who has appeared in several movies and television shows, which include Arkadaşlar Arasnda (2013), dür Beni Sevgilim (2018), Cinayet Süsü (2020), Gece Sularnda Istanbul (TV film) (2011), Kaçak Gelinler (2014–2015), Dars Başmza (2018) and many more. She acted alongside Deniz Baysal in the TV show Kaçak Gelinler. One of her earliest roles was as Meryem in the 2013 film Arkadaslar Arasinda.
Açelya Topalolu was born in Karşyaka, Izmir, Turkey on November 19, 1986. Her parents are Mer Topalolu and Gülümser Topalolu. Açelya Topaloglu graduated from Mujdat Gezen Art Center Conservatory in 2013 and took part in various theatre plays there. With the support of her mother, she decided to start her acting career. Topalolu first became interested in dancing at a young age and received modern dance training at Tan Satürk Dance Club. She briefly joined the Anadolu Ateşi dance group. Between 2008 and 2009, she got musical education at MSM-Actor Studio and graduated from MSM-Conservatory with a degree in theatre studies in 2013.
In 2008, she made her television debut with a role in Aşk Yakar. In 2009, she briefly appeared in Arka Sokaklar, and in 2012, she joined the cast of Eve Düşen Yldrm. In 2015, Topalolu also pursued a career on stage with roles in the plays Sersefil Müzikali, Temel çgüdü, Tersine Dünya, and Kadnlar Filler ve Saireler. In 2016, she became a judge in the contest Görevimiz Komedi. In the TV series Meryem, she portrayed the character of Derin, which was well-received by critics.
