Tujhya Rupacha Chandana is an Indian television serial which is directed by Shailesh Rajendra Dere under the production house Adhikari Brothers. The show premiered on 27 December 2021 on Colors Marathi channel. It is telecast from Monday to Saturday at 10:30 pm on Colors Marathi channel. The show is also available for online streaming on Voot Platform. Colors Marathi released its first promo video on 8 December 2021. It stars Tanvi Shewale and Rohit Nikam in the lead roles.
The story of Tujhya Rupacha Chandana serial revolves around a lower-middle-class girl Nakshi, who faces discrimination and abuse due to her dark skin tone. Nakshi, a dark skinned middle-class girl who lives in a village and is often mistreated by the villagers. The villagers also call her “Apashakuni”. Nakshi is originally a fair-skinned girl, but her mother asks her to change her skin colour to dark. Why does her mother ask her to do so? Why does she change her skin tone?. The female lead role of Nakshatra/ Nakshi is played by Tanvi Shewale and the male lead role is played by Rohit Nikam.
