Lily Jane Collins is an American actress and model who is known for acting in films and television series. She was born on 18th March 1989 in Guildford, Surrey, England to Phil Collins and his second wife Jill Tavelman. Her father is an English musician and her mother is the former president of the Beverly Hills Women’s Club. She has two half-brothers from her father’s first marriage, musician Simon Collins and actress Joely Collins and two other half-brothers from her father’s third marriage. Cartoonist Clive Collins is her uncle. She did her graduation from Harvard-Westlake School. Later, she studied at the University of Southern California, majoring in broadcast journalism.
When Lily was just 2 years old she made her acting debut in the BBC series, Growing Pains. She gave her voice to Tarzan in the role of Baby Ape in 1999.
In 2009, Lily made her debut as a lead actress in the television series, 90210. In that year, she made her film debut with The Blind Side. Her performance was highly acclaimed and praised. In 2021, she appeared in two television series, Curb Your Enthusiasm and Calls. In 2022, she made her debut as a producer with Windfall. She also acted in the film.
