He is the son of entertainers Rahat Kazmi and Sahira Kazmi, who are popular TV directors, filmmakers, and on-screen characters. Ali is a talented and hardworking actor who began his career as a child artist in the TV series “Zikr Hai ka sa Kal” on PTV Home in 1995 and later began playing supporting or minor roles on TV. He completed his primary education at The Lyceum School and completed his graduate studies in Business Management. As Arsalan was interested in acting since his childhood, he went to Canada and started acting and modeling, appearing in TV series, commercials, and dramas. At the same time, he also served as director and producer of China Syndrome Productions. One of his underlying critical roles is a scalar in The Dependables (2014).
