Liger is an upcoming Indian Hindi-Telugu language movie. The film is a sports action film. The story of the movie is written by Puri Jagannadh along with A.R. Sreedhar and Kiran Thatavarthi. The start of shooting of the Liger started on 20th January 2020 and was halted due to a surge in Covid-19 cases. Later, it resumed in February 2021. This was again halted due to the second wave of the Covid-19 lockdown. It was resumed again in September 2021 and ended in February 2022. The film was scheduled for a theatrical release on the 9th of September 2021 but was delayed due to the Pandemic. Now it will release on 25th August 2022. The film was first titled Fighter.
