Hocus Pocus 2 is an upcoming American English-language movie. It’s a sequel to the 1993 film Hocus Pocus and based on Characters by Mick Garris and David Kirschner. It is a fantasy, horror, and comedy film. The screenplay of the movie is written by Zen D’Angelo and directed by Anne Fletcher. Bette Midler, Taylor Paige Henderson, Sarah Jessica Parker, Juju Brener, Kathy Najimy, Nina Kitchen, Doug Jones, Whitney Peak, Lilia Buckingham, Belissa Escobedo, Hannah Waddingham, Tony Hale and Sam Richardson will be seen in the lead role. The other casts will be Froy Gutierrez, Ginger Minj, Kornbread Jete and Kahmora Hall. The film is produced by Adam Shankman, Lynn Harris, David Kirschner, and Steven Haft under the banner of Walt Disney Pictures, David Kirschner Productions. John Debney composed the music for the film.
The filming was scheduled to start in the middle of 2021, but it’s delayed and started on 18th October 2021. The filming ended in January 2022. The filming took place at Chase Farms in Lincoln, Rhoe Island, Washington Square New Port and several other places. The film was scheduled for OTT to release on 30th September 2022 at Disney+.
