Aditya Prateek Singh Sisodia, popularly known as Badshah is an Indian rapper, singer, film producer and businessman who is known for working in the Indian film industry. He was born on 19th November 1985 in Delhi, India. He completed his schooling at Bal Bharti Public School, Delhi. He was admitted with math at the Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. Later he studied civil engineering at PEC, Chandigarh.

He started his career in 2006 with his Hip Hop music group Mafia Mundeer.

In 2012, he sings his first song Saturday Saturday.

Proper Patola was his second song, released in 2013.

In 2014, he sings two songs, Chull and Bandook. In that year, he made his Bollywood debut with his old song, Saturday Saturday in Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya. He also sings two songs in the film Fugly and Khoobsurat. He also worked as a composer in the film Khoobsurat.

In 2015, he sings four Punjabi songs, Desi Hiphop, DJ Waley Babu, Wakhra Swag and Vroom Vroom and one Hindi song, Baaki Baatein Peene Baad. He sings six songs from six films, Selfie Le Le Re from Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Vande Mataram from ABCD 2, Bad Baby from Second Hand Husband, Chaar Shanivaar from All Is Well, Aaj Raat Ka Scene from Jazbaa and Aaluma Doluma from Vedalam. He also worked as a composer for the film Jazbaa.

In 2016, he sings four Punjabi songs and one Hindi song. He sings eight songs from seven films, Akkad Bakkad from Sanam Re, Teri Yaad from Teraa Surroor, Kar Gayi Chull and Let’s Nacho from Kapoor & Sons, Baby Ko Bass Pasand Hai from Sultan, Kala Chashma from Baar Baar Dekho, The Breakup Song from Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Bolo Har Har Har from Shivaay. He also gives music in three films.

Pop the Bottle and Mercy were his two Hindi songs released in 2017. He worked as a music composer in three films in the same year, and he sings five songs in five films, The Humma Song in OK Jaanu, Tamma Tamma Again from Badrinath Ki Dulhania, Move Your Lakk from Noor, Title track of Mubarakan and Trippy Trippy from Bhoomi.

He sings seven Hindi songs in 2018. In the same year, Badshah released his first album O.N.E. – Original Never Ends.
