Arbaaz Salim Abdul Rashid Khan is an Indian actor, film director and film producer who is known for working in the Hindi film industry. He was born on 4th August 1967 in Pune, Maharashtra, India to Salim Khan and Sushila Charak. His father was a screenwriter. Dancer and Bollywood actress Helen Khan is his stepmother. He has two brothers, Salman Khan and Sohail Khan and one sister, Alvira Khan and an adopted sister, Arpita Khan. He did his schooling at Scindia School, Gwalior. Actor Atul Agnihotri and Aayush Sharma are his brothers-in-law.
Arbaaz made his film debut in 1996 with Daraar. His performance was praised and he won Filmfare Award for Best Performance in a Negative Role. In 1998, he appeared in two films, Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya and Sham Ghansham. His performance was praised by critics in Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya and he was nominated for Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor. Hello Brother was his only released film in 1999.
